Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging, ensuring any fragile components are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier collection or provide a prepaid shipping label depending on the size and weight of your furniture.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
